Peggy Ruth Jolly, 69, of Belden, tragically passed away due to an accident, leaving behind a legacy of love and dedication. She was born on July 13, 1954, in Louisiana, to George and Mildred McGregory Jolly.
Peggy dedicated her life to helping others as a former Speech Language Pathologist for numerous schools in the area. Her passion for her work touched the lives of many and left a lasting impact on the community.
She is survived by her aunt, Barbara Jolly, of Deville, Louisiana, and her special friends, Elaine and Hershal Paul, also of Deville, Louisiana. Peggy shared a close bond with her beloved dog, Anna Rose, who brought her endless joy and companionship.
Peggy was preceded in death by her parents, George and Mildred Jolly, and her close friend, Carol Conyers. Their memories will be cherished dearly by those who knew and loved her.
A faithful member of The Edge Free Methodist Church in Pineville, Louisiana, Peggy found solace and strength in her faith, which guided her throughout her life's journey.
A service to celebrate Peggy's life is planned for a later date in Louisiana, where family and friends will come together to honor her memory and share stories of her remarkable life.
During this time of mourning, the caring professionals at Associated Family Funeral Home are honored to serve Ms. Jolly's friends and family, providing comfort and support during their time of need.
Though Peggy may no longer be with us in person, her spirit will live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her. May she rest in eternal peace, surrounded by the love and light she brought into the world.
