Nohemi Josefina Jimenez

Nohemi Josefina Jimenez, 54, of Pontotoc, MS, passed away on March 17, 2025, at Region One Health Center in Memphis, TN. She was born on November 29, 1970, in Mexico to Fernando Jimenez Hernandez and Maria Garcia.

Nohemi is survived by her loving father, Fernando Jimenez Hernandez, her sisters Teresa Jimenez, Maria Jimenez, and Nancy Mac, her brother Fernando Jimenez, and a host of nieces and nephews who will cherish her memory forever. She was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Maria Garcia.

A woman of deep faith, Nohemi was a dedicated member of Restauracion En Jesucristo Church in Pontotoc, MS, where she found strength and community. Her love for the Lord was reflected in her kindness, compassion, and service to others.

Nohemi had a passion for life that was evident in the many things she loved. She enjoyed both watching and playing soccer, with a particular devotion to her favorite team, Club America. Her love for the sport was matched only by her love for cooking, always eager to share a delicious meal with family and friends. Nohemi was also a devoted dog owner, with her little dog, Little Bean, by her side. Their bond was a source of comfort and joy.

The family will receive visitors on Thursday, March 20, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. at Associated Family Funeral Home in Tupelo, Mississippi, with a funeral service to follow at 11:00 A.M.
