Tupelo, Mr. Melvin Bell, Sr passed Friday Oct 8th, 2021 at the Tupelo Nursing and Rehab Center. He was proceeded by his parents, Clyde Bell and Betty Burks . He is survived by two daughters, Renetta Chandler of Dorsey and Rebecca Phelps of Tupelo, one son, Melvin J Bell, Jr. of Dorsey, one god daughter Lashunda Wade of Plantersville, two sisters, Vickki Evans (Mark) of North Carolina, Troylan 'Ann' Polk (Melvin) of Texas, one brother Julius Bell of Fort Worth, as well as several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Melvin was a man that loved fishing, riding horses, working the fields and collecting things.
He was a member of Faith Hope And Charity in Plantersville.
Visitation for the public will be at 11:30 am until 12:30 on Saturday 10/16/2021 at the Tupelo Chapel of Memories.
