Mary Lou Freeny Ware

SALTILLO   Mary Lou Freeny Ware passed away peacefully at her home in Saltillo on Feb 12, 2021. She was born Dec 22, 1938 to Andrew "Buck" Freeny and Jesse "Sibby" Donald in the Standing Pine Community in Leake County, MS. In addition to her love of family, she loved cooking and watching Mississippi State sports.  She was affectionately know as "Priss" to those closest to her and was a selfless and caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend to many. She is survived by her husband, Jack Ware, Daughter Jackie Ware of Brandon, Son Michael Ware (Lily) of Tupelo, Five grandaughters, Kaleigh, Megan, Alyssa, Stephanie, and Abby, two sisters, Karen Green (Phil) of Woodlands, TX and Ann Sanders (Bobby) of Madison, MS, sister in law Geralyn Freeny, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and loved ones.  She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Jack Freeny of Carthage.  

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
