Mary Louise Smith

Mary Louise Smith, age 61, of Tupelo, passed away peacefully on October 17, 2024, at North Mississippi Medical Center Hospice. Born on June 14, 1963, in Mississippi to Henery and Carrie Smith, Mary lived a life filled with love and creativity.

Mary is survived by her devoted daughters, Latwanda Johnson Patton (Willie, Jr.) and Laltoya McGlocking (Harold, Jr.), her beloved son Lamar Smith, and three cherished grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Henery and Carrie Smith.

A woman of many talents, Mary enjoyed the simple joys of shopping, painting, and decorating homes, bringing warmth and beauty to everything she touched. Her love for her family and her artistic spirit will be deeply missed.
