Katherine Jane (Headla) Quinn

Katherine Jane Headla Quinn, 78, passed away on March 7, 2025, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. She was born on June 17, 1946, in Wisconsin to the late Larry and Deloris Headla.

Katherine was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. She found immense joy in spending time with her children and grandchildren, cherishing every moment shared with them. She also had a passion for cooking, creating meals that brought her family together and filled her home with warmth.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Austin Quinn; her sons, Shaun Quinn (Mallory) and Kenneth Shurak (Jennifer); her brother, Thomas Headla (ex-wife Barbara Joines); three grandchildren; and a great-grandchild expected in May. She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister, Karen Wood, and her daughter, Michelle Shurak.
