Karen Renee (Rakestraw) Mask

Karen Renee Rakestraw Mask of Blue Springs passed away quietly at her home in Blue Springs Mississippi on March 3, 2023. Karen was born in Arkansas on January 12, 1959 to Floy Wiseman Rakestraw and Lorene Bramlett Rakestraw. Karen leaves behind her sons Corey Rakestraw and James Mask, as well as her daughter Amy Mask, and her boyfriend Donnie Smith. Karen will also be missed by 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren along with her sisters Brenda Mooreman (Jerry) of Pontotoc, MS, Pat Wilbanks of Selmer, TN, and Sandy Elliott of Tupelo, MS. Karen was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Mike Rakestraw. Karen loved reading, cooking out, fishing, softball, and NASCAR. Visitation for Karen will be Sunday, March 5, 2023 at 12:00 noon and funeral following at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Memories at Associated Family Funeral Home 109 Rankin Extended, Tupelo, MS. Burial will be at the Ellistown cemetery in Ellistown, MS.
