Jim Eugene Ladd

Jim Eugene Ladd, age 51, passed away on Sunday, May 26, 2024, at North Mississippi Medical Center. Jim was born in Kentucky on April 3, 1973. He was a beloved husband, father, and grandfather, whose presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Jim is survived by his devoted wife, Virginia McGuiness Ladd; his daughter, Marissa Ladd; his sons, Johnathan Ladd (Alisha) and Brandon Ladd; and his five cherished grandchildren: Steven, Austin, Michael, Rose, and Lillian, all of Fulton.

Jim had a passion for life that was reflected in his many hobbies and interests. He loved riding motorcycles, spending time fishing and hunting, and he was an avid cook. Jim also enjoyed watching a variety of movies, with horror, comedy, and sci-fi being his favorites. During his high school years, he was a proud member of the ROTC, a testament to his commitment and discipline.

Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation from 10:00 to 10:30 a.m., followed by a funeral service at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 30, 2024, at Associated Family Funeral Home in Tupelo.
