Dennis Laird Conerly

Dennis Laird Conerly, age 71, of Columbus passed Sunday May 31, 2020 at his residence. He was a member of Columbus 1st United Methodist Church, and the Salt and Light Prison Ministry. He enjoyed fishing and golfing. Memorial Services will be scheduled at a later date at the 1st United Methodist Church. He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife Nella Price Conerly , 2 Sons Gavin Conerly and Adam Conerly, 1 Sister, Sara, 2 brothers, Robert and Thomas and 3 grandchildren. He was preceeded by his parents Emmit Robert and Callie Faye Daniels Conerly and his step-mother Evelyn Thomas Connerly. In lieu of flowers or gifts the family ask that memoriams be made to Conerly Justice Prison Ministry Fund or The Methodist Hour Ministry in care of 1st Methodist Church Columbus.
