It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ava-Marie Rose Gray, a beautiful and cherished soul who brought immense joy to our lives. Ava-Marie was born on March 25, 2018, and departed from this world on June 6, 2023. Although her time with us was short, her impact on our lives will forever be profound.
Ava-Marie was a radiant ray of sunshine, filling every room she entered with her infectious laughter and vibrant spirit. Her captivating smile could brighten the darkest of days, and her gentle nature touched the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her. She was a beacon of love and happiness, leaving an indelible mark on the lives she touched during her time on Earth.
In her brief journey, Ava-Marie taught us the importance of cherishing every moment and finding joy in the simplest of things. Her enthusiasm for life was contagious, reminding us to appreciate the beauty that surrounds us and to treasure the time we have with our loved ones. Despite the challenges she faced, Ava-Marie's resilience and determination were an inspiration to us all.
Ava-Marie brought immeasurable happiness to her family. She was the cherished daughter of her mother, Elizabeth Harrison, her stepdad, Bradley Scott, and her biological dad, Shelby Gray. Her brothers include Christer Gray and Branden Gray of Pontotoc, Branden Freeman Bradley W. Scott II, and Braxton W. Scott of Tupelo. She was the granddaughter of Betty Kropog, Sam Scott, John Harrison, Mary Harrison, and Thomas A. Gray. She also is survived by numerous aunts and uncles who loved her very much.
Although Ava-Marie's time with us was far too short, we find solace in knowing that she is now at peace, free from pain and suffering. We take comfort in the belief that she will forever remain a guardian angel, watching over her loved ones from above.
Ava-Marie's memory will forever live on in our hearts and minds. We will cherish the moments we shared, the love we received, and the joy she brought into our lives. As we mourn her passing, let us also celebrate the remarkable young life she led and the profound impact she had on those around her.

Funeral services will be held on June15, 2023 at Associated Family Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Tupelo, MS at 11:00 A.M. with visitation beginning at 10:00 A.M. Friends and family are invited to join us in honoring Ava-Marie's life and saying their final goodbyes. Burial will follow in Edington Cemetery in Pontotoc County.
