Arvera Moore, 96, passed away Saturday, April 1, 2023 at her residence in Aberdeen. Ms. Moore was born on January 2, 1928 to Clopton Moore, Sr. and Mary Frances Clay in Monroe County. She is survived by her brothers Willis Moore, Andrew Moore, Roosevelt Moore (Johnnie Mae) all of Aberdeen and Eddie James Moore of Hackentown, NJ. She was preceded in death by her parents, her sisters Virgie Dell Rodgers and Tennessee Moore and her brothers Russell Moore, TJ Moore, Curtis T. Moore, Clopton Moore, Jr., Robert Moore, Eugene Moore and Dennis Moore. Services will be Friday, April 7, 2023 at St. Peters United Methodist Church in Aberdeen starting at 11:00 a.m. Visitation will be the same day beginning at 9:30 a.m. up until service time. Associated Family Funeral Home is honored to have been chosen by the Moore family to serve them in their time of need.
