Anthony "Tony" Glynn Smith, age 54, of Pontotoc, passed away peacefully on October 8, 2024, at North Mississippi Medical Center Hospice in Tupelo. Born in California on July 18, 1970, Tony was the beloved son of Oliver and Mary Ann Harper Smith.
Tony was a devoted family man and leaves behind his cherished wife, Brandy Stetter Smith, and his children: daughters Haley, Ivy, Iris, Raven, Lena, and Aizlynn, and sons Sebastian, Jordan, Nathanial, Tyler, and Nova. He is also survived by his sister Angie Smith and 13 adoring grandchildren, each of whom brought him great joy.
Tony was a man of many talents and passions. He found joy in playing basketball, expressing his creativity through drawing and drumming, and spending peaceful moments fishing and hunting. His love for cooking, tattooing, and collecting antiques brought color to his life, and he took great pride in being a tattoo artist by trade. A devoted fan of Michael Jordan, Tony was known for his extensive collection of Jordans, which was a reflection of his admiration for the basketball legend.
Family was the center of Tony's world, and his love and loyalty to them will forever be remembered. His adventurous spirit and warm smile will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Arrangements are pending and will be announced by Associated Family Funeral Home of Tupelo, who is honored to serve the Smith family in their time of need.
