Annie Louise Copeland Aldrich, a cherished member of the Tupelo community, passed away on February 14, 2024, at the age of 84, at Diversicare in Tupelo. Born on October 15, 1939, in Lee County, MS, Annie was the daughter of Willie Edward Copeland and Ida Sue Davis.
Annie's memory will be forever cherished by her surviving sisters: Carolyn Brown, Marilyn Davis, Marie Harris all of Tupelo, Lydia Douglas (Ricky), and Beverly Stewart of Atlanta. Additionally, she leaves behind a legacy carried on by her 5 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and a multitude of nieces and nephews.
Annie was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert Aldrich, her daughter Janice Williams, her parents, as well as siblings: Kirby Davis, Sandra Young, and Ethel Copeland.
An active member of White Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Tupelo, Annie's faith was a cornerstone of her life. She found great joy in the fellowship of her church community.
Known for her generous spirit and loving nature, Annie touched the lives of many through her kindness and compassion. She had a passion for gardening and adored the beauty of flowers, finding solace and joy in nurturing them.
Visitation and the funeral will be Wednesday, February 21, 2024 with the visitation beginning at 11:30 A.M. and the funeral beginning at 1:00 P.M. All services will be at White Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Tupelo. Associated Family Funeral Home in Tupelo is honored to serve the Aldrich and Copeland families in their time of need.
Annie Louise Copeland Aldrich will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. May her memory be a source of comfort and her legacy of love endure through the generations.
