Alice Dunlap

Alice Dunlap, 77, of Houston, Mississippi, passed away on July 19, 2025, at North Mississippi Medical Center.

She was born on April 18, 1948, in Marquette, Michigan, to Lawerence Swenor and Delores Staggs. A woman who found peace and joy in the beauty of the outdoors, Alice especially loved fishing and spending time in nature.

She is survived by her daughter, Wendy Dunlap; her sister, Sandra Norton; her brothers, Leonard Swenor, David Swenor, and Todd Swenor; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Alice was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jerry Dunlap; her sons, Jerry Swenor and Patrick Dunlap; her sister, Sharon Fields; her mother, Delores Staggs Keen; her father, Lawerence Swenor; and her stepfather, Buford Keen.

In accordance with her wishes, no services are planned at this time.
