ANTONIO DARRELL JOHNSON

ANTONIO "Tony" JOHNSON, passed Sunday Dec 20, 2020 at the NMMC. Tony was from Clarksdale and attended Morehead Jr College. He was the owner of "J's" Automotive and "J's" Unloading LLC. He leaves behind his loving wife Molitha Johnson, daughters Tonisha Johnson, Sherita Ward, Christyl Ward, and Quinesha Quinn, his father Charles Phipps (Minne) of Memphis, his mother Barbara Ann Johnson of Clarksdale, his sisters Kyra Phipps, Lakeshia Phipps, and Natasha Phipps, his brothers Rodney Johnson and DeMarcus Bell, his special brothers Michael Hooker and Cornell Williams, as well as his grandchildren Torieza Nevaett Johnson and Dream Trimble. Tony was a wonderful mentor to young men as well as helping men in the Halfway House in Tupelo. He loved helping his community and he will truly be missed but never forgotten. There will be a graveside service scheduled for 1pm Wednesday, December 30 at St John's MB Church Cemetery at Shannon..
